What happens if I’m over 15mins late?

Kindly email us at info@palomahairjc.com or call us at (201)367-9344 should you be arriving late. There is a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late please keep in mind that your stylist may need to alter the service from the original service scheduled or we will have to reschedule your appointment.


What if I need to cancel or reschedule last minute?

To better serve you, please provide us with 48 hour notice should your appointment need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your service time are subject to a 50% service fee. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged for their full service. A credit card is required to reserve a service appointment.


Products

We understand that sometimes things just don’t workout. We will gladly exchange unopened/unused product within 14 days of purchase. Product cannot be visibly used or damaged.


Can I bring my child?

We kindly ask that all littles remain at home while receiving a service. It can be busy at all times in the salon and we can not assure their safety with hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects. It is in everyones best interest that your littles stay safe and out of harms way so we are able to provide an amazing experience for you. We thank you so much for understanding 


What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact the front desk within 14 days of your service by giving us a call at (201) 367-9344 or email us at info@palomahairjc.com . Often issues that seem impossible to make better don’t take long to fix. We will always take care of you!


Payments and Privacy

Paloma does not disclose client information to third-parties. Credit cards on file are protected and are not accessible to us. Our payment is done through a secure POS paywall. We require a credit card on file to hold every appointment including a 50% deposit. All sales are final including gift certificates.
